Urgent question about "An Offer from a Gentleman"

I originally read AOFAG some 6 years ago and I just re-read it (I've always had a soft spot for it since it was the first Julia Quinn I'd ever read) and after re-reading i realized I hadn't noticed just how awesome it is! I like Benedict much more now that I've re-read the book :) .
Here's my dilemma:

I remember reading a scene about how he had painted/sketched a portrait of Sophie, except that she was pregnant or something. However, upon re-reading it, I didn't read that scene! It just wasn't there! Was that scene actually from another book and I'm mixing it up? If it actually was from this book, what part of the book is it from?! My memory is being really annoying right now. I just could've sworn Benedict's drawings had come up more than twice (aka when Sophie discovers them and when she tells his family about them).

Help? Please?!!!!

(ps: I've been a bit of a lurker here but I'll give a proper introduction once my memory stops being irritating. *growl*)
pps: I think there should be tags in this community :) . Cheers to starting now :) .
edit: are tags disabled?
